Only Dutch law applies to agreements between you and Sana products to which these general terms and conditions apply.

This deals with the terms that follow on sana-nord.com. We would like to point out that the terms of trade on sana-nord.com, guarantees and practices are in accordance with the Purchase Act.
When you have completed an order, you will receive an e-mail stating which products you have purchased.
You should be aware that this e-mail is NOT a legally binding order confirmation whereby an agreement has been concluded.
It is only an electronic response from our system that confirms your entry. As a consequence, we have the option to cancel your order if the error is due to:
Printing errors, typing errors, technical problems, delivery failure or similar situations.
When you, as a customer, shop on the webshop at sana-nord.com, you receive an auto-reply, which states what has been ordered, the delivery address and all personal data. After this, Sana Products personally processes the order. When the order is shipped, an original receipt will be sent with the product. This receipt will serve as the product’s proof of purchase.
Sana Products accepts payment with Dankort/VISA, Dankort, Mastercard, Visa Electron and others.
Sana Products encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
In accordance with Dutch law, the payment will only be withdrawn at the moment the item is dispatched.
We typically deliver within 2-4 business days. Up to a weekend or public holidays, the delivery time may be longer.
Reservations are made for out-of-stock items and delayed delivery times with suppliers to sana-nord.com.
Please note that it is not possible to collect your order and that there is no dispatch at the Sana Products administration at Sana Products, Poortland 66, 1046 BD Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
If your package should be sent back to us, we will of course send the product again without extra charge, or transfer the money back if this is desired.
For orders over DKK 499, we send your order without shipping or handling costs, i.e. free delivery. For orders under DKK 499, a fee of DKK 49 will be added, which covers shipping and handling costs.
The prerequisite for being able to buy sana-nord.com products and shop from sana-nord.com and all related pages and sub-pages is that the customer is 18 years old. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct information in connection with the order.
If, contrary to expectations, one of our products should not meet your expectations, we ask that you send the product back to us. The product will then be used for quality control and future product improvements. We will of course seek compensation for the defective product in the form of replacement products*. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
As a customer, you have the right to complain about a product that has faults or defects that were present when the product was sold.
The right to complain is valid for 2 years and covers manufacturing and material defects. As a customer, if you wish to advertise, this must generally be done within 2 months after a fault or defect in a product has been – or should have been – discovered. Therefore, be careful to inspect your goods upon receipt.
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of cancellation on goods purchased on our webshop. After notified use of the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned within 14 days.
Please note that postage is not refunded in case of cancellation of purchase.
All returns must be processed by Sana Products BEFORE the goods are sent back.
You are therefore asked to contact customer service before returning the goods. A copy of the invoice / order confirmation must be enclosed, as well as the registration and account number (IBAN) for the bank account to which we must transfer the money. The item must be sent to Sana Products, Poortland 66, 1046BD Amsterdam, The Netherlands no later than 14 days after you receive it.
You will receive the money no later than 20 days after returning the item, provided the item appears in its original condition.
*If the product turns out not to be defective, but rather simply used up, no compensation will be given. The product will, if desired, be sent back to the customer.
